Real Money Trading (RMT) is strictly prohibited on Play Galaxy. Any accounts involved in RMT will be permanently banned without warning.

Email change requests are not available on Play Galaxy. Please make sure to register with a valid and secure email address.

The use of macros or automated scripts to perform in-game actions is prohibited.

The administration is not required to provide proof or detailed explanations regarding disciplinary actions.

Dungeon Points (DP) are earned through dungeon participation and combat performance.
Gaining Dungeon Points without fair participation, or by exploiting game mechanics, is prohibited.
Entering dungeons and staying AFK while others do the work is not allowed.
Multi-account farming is strictly prohibited.

Farming on other accounts and transferring or mailing the proceeds to your main account is strictly prohibited.
